From New York City and points south: Take the Sprain Brook  Parkway North. Turns into Taconic Parkway. Take exit for Route 6. At traffic light turn left on Route 6, go for about a mile turn right on Mill Street.  At the traffic light, turn left on Peekskill Hollow Road. Go to the end of Peekskill Hollow Road. Grey log building on the left is Waterside Professional Park.

From points west: Take Bear Mountain Parkway (going towards Taconic Parkway). Take exit for North Division Street, turn left, travel for few miles you will see carvel ice-cream station on right, continue straight on Oregon road (name change from North division street to Oregon road). At shell gas station turn left, second building on your left is Waterside Professional Park.
